ORDER STATUS
With COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order—currently up to 2 business days.
Additionally, we may not be able to offer expedited shipping, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link (it can take up to 24-48 hours to update).
Check the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

PLACING AN ORDER
We accept major credit cards, PayPal.
Promo codes can be applied to your order during checkout, in the Order Summary section. Codes will not apply to discounted Sixplus items. Promo codes have expiration dates. If you have two valid codes you want to use, you'll need to pick a fave—you can only use one at a time.
Currently, we do not have a pro discount for Sixplus products, but we’ll let you know if that happens. The best way to stay tuned? Sign up for our mailing list.
Online stock availability does not currently reflect availability at Sixplus retail locations. You can find out if a product is out of stock by contacting the store nearest you, such as TOKYU HANDS, LOFT, PLAZA, Don Quijote. Please also note that we are unable to accept phone orders for delivery/shipment from stores.
To serve you better, Sixplus will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for all orders.

We ship to many locations. Choose your shipping country from the dropdown in the site footer.
We currently ship to the following countries: US, Canada, UK, Europe, Singapore and Malaysia.
Conversion and import fees don’t apply to international orders. However, your financial institution or country of residence may charge additional fees on top of your total, such as conversion or import taxes/customs fees. Sixplus can’t credit you for these fees since they come from your financial institution or country. Please call your financial institution or customs office before placing your order to confirm what kind of charges you can expect from them.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 30 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. Please contact our Sixplus Care Crew at support@sixpluslifestyle.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective Sixplus will replace the product at no additional charge.
As long as your SIXPLUS products are unopened and unused, you can return them within 30 days 100% guaranteed.
The refund period will expire after 30 days from the day on which customers acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by customers acquires, physical possession of the products.
If customers want to return the products to us, customers shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. Any questions, pls contact our customer service: support@sixpluscosmetics.com for help.
Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.
